Through a single secure accountāthe Vanelton IDāyou gain access to everything we offer: from downloading software and utilities for Windows and Linux on the AppHub, to playing exclusive titles from Volcam Studios. It's an environment created to make your digital experience seamless, centralized, and without bureaucracy.
All services connect to each other through Vanelton ID and Vanelton Media Console. All other Vanelton Media services and products are directly linked to these two main services, where Vanelton ID is the central authentication system and Vanelton Media Console is where the APIs and all systems for users are controlled, in addition to providing APIs, services, and more.
No. You will only need a Vanelton Media account through Vanelton ID to access all Vanelton Media services and products.
All services are monitored almost 24 hours a day, all the time. We don't have a specific page for user self-monitoring.

ID verification will only fail if you are a minor. If you are an adult and wish to verify your account manually, you must open a ticket by emailing usersupport@vaneltonmedia.com.
You must contact usersupport@vaneltonmedia.com and request the change. This process is bureaucratic and can take a considerable amount of time. We do not allow account email changes automatically (i.e., via the interface) to ensure the security and legitimacy of accounts.
In your user area, you can deauthorize applications from your Vanelton ID account. This does not prevent these applications from viewing your account, but it does prevent them from storing your information. If you suspect that an application is storing your information such as tokens, email, and other data without your authorization, please contact support or legal email to report it. If proven, the application will be removed and the developer will lose the right to use the services.
No. The data provided for use in Vanelton ID is standard, well-informed, structured, and has reasons for being requested. Whether for security or commercial reasons, all requested data that is considered mandatory must be provided, or your account will be suspended.
Yes, you can delete your Vanelton Media account by contacting customer support via email. Your account and data will be removed from our system, and you will lose access to our services that require a Vanelton ID account or subscriptions. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period.
Initially, nothing. We don't offer support in some regions for diplomatic reasons, national laws, and other reasons that go against our own human and corporate policies. We won't initially ban any accounts from these regions, but we won't respond to any support requests from residents of these regions or provide legal information to the local jurisdictions of these regions.
Vanelton Media Console is the distribution and usage console for Vanelton Media APIs and frameworks for authorized developers and Vanelton Media itself.
You must request a developer account review by accessing the Vanelton Media Console website, where your portfolio, purpose, motivations, quality standards, and other criteria will be analyzed.
All applications, games, or any other services that utilize Vanelton Media's services and products must adhere to a strict standard of visual quality and usability, especially (but not limited to) those published on the AppHub Store. Under no circumstances do we allow the publication of unfinished, defective, malware-containing, or low-quality games on the store.
After your developer account is approved, you will accept the core quality and responsibility rules for using the console. After that, you will be able to publish new apps and games without prior review. However, all apps are frequently reviewed post-publication to ensure quality and safety.
We don't usually allow this. Unless you have a good reason to transfer your app to another account, please contact our support email.
It is not possible to appeal decisions to suspend developer accounts, as the user has deadlines to meet if they fail to comply with any guidelines. The account is only suspended when the developer shows no intention of complying with the rules and standards.
Your Vanelton Pay account is automatically integrated with your Vanelton ID account, which is also integrated with the Vanelton Media Console. Vanelton Pay is a feature directly linked to console earnings, meaning you only have access to it if you have a developer account.
