All Vanelton Media services are monitored internally almost 24 hours a day. However, there is currently no public status page where you can check server or service health yourself.
If you suspect a Vanelton Media product is down or behaving unexpectedly, the fastest way to confirm it is to open a support ticket at usersupport@vaneltonmedia.com rather than waiting on a status dashboard. We're aware this is a gap and a self-service monitoring page is something that may be introduced in the future.
