Vanelton Pay is where developers manage payments and withdraw the earnings their apps generate across the Vanelton Media ecosystem.
You don't set it up separately: your Vanelton Pay account is automatically integrated with your Vanelton ID, which is in turn tied to your Vanelton Media Console developer account. Because of that link, Vanelton Pay is a feature directly connected to your Console earnings — you'll only have access to it once you have an approved developer account (see How do I register a developer account (Individual or Company)?).
You can reach Vanelton Pay directly from the Security tab of your Vanelton ID settings, or from the Console itself once you have earnings to manage.
