You cannot change the email on your Vanelton ID directly through the interface. This is intentional: automatic email changes are one of the most common ways accounts get hijacked, so Vanelton Media requires manual review instead.
To request the change:
- Email usersupport@vaneltonmedia.com from an address you can be reached at.
- State clearly that you want to change the email linked to your Vanelton ID, and include your current username.
- Be prepared to confirm your identity if asked — this may include an ID Verification check.
This process is bureaucratic by design and can take a considerable amount of time, so plan ahead if you know you'll be losing access to your current email.
