No, not for data marked as required. The information requested through Vanelton ID is standard, well-informed and structured — every field exists for a specific reason, whether that's security (like verifying you're not a minor) or a legitimate commercial need.
Because of that, any data considered mandatory must be provided. If you decline to provide it, your account may be suspended until you do.
You do stay in control of one important thing: which third-party apps can see your data at all. You can review and revoke that access at any time from the Authorized Apps tab — see How do I manage or revoke permissions granted to third-party applications?.
